An application handle that compression fits to a bottle of Biofreeze so you can more easily apply it to youself in hard to hit areas like you back. The circle at the top is slightly smaller than the bottle so that it has to spring out a bit to fit so it may not work with all store brands but I have tested it on a name brand bottle and a Walgreen's brand bottle which is slightly smaller and it works well on both.
