About this 3D model

General This is your new workout device: 2, 3 or 4 clicks every day, and you are done! Choise of 4 languages: English, French, German and Dutch. Any order of the rings can be chosen. A wide and small blank ring is added for use with 10 stickers of your own. Designed in Tinkercad. Dimensions: 98 x 52 x 57 mm. Weight: 0.09 kg. Scaling Scaling down is possible to 80% (tested). At 80% the rings run a bit tightly. For a really smooth operation, the rings (not the other parts!) should be scaled down to 81% over the X- and Y-axis, and 80% over the Z-axis. Printing I printed the model on a Prusa MINI, with PLA+ filament, layer height 0.15 mm. Slicing in PrusaSlicer. Avoid elephant foot and over-extrusion. Carefully remove the support material from the cores (A2, A4, A6, A8). Make sure both tongues of the cores can move freely. Assembly Assembly in alphabetical order (A1 → A10). The calendar is glued together. I use Hard Plastic Glue. The rings can be assembled in any order. For assembled and exploded views, use .stl files 0… 01…(do not print). Operation The rings turn uni-directional. I am very curious about the color scheme of your print. Happy printing!
