About this 3D model
Pomona, the Roman goddess of fruit trees, and her husband Vertumnus, the god of orchards, form a pair of terms (square pillars surmounted by busts). Intended for the park of the Chateau de Versailles, they were never put in place. They joined the King's Antiquities at the Louvre and, from 1722 onwards, adorned the octogonal basin to the west of the Tuileries Garden in Paris.
