About this 3D model

This term (a square pillar surmounted by a bust) represents summer as Ceres, the Roman goddess of the harvest, crowned with flowers and ears of wheat and holding a wheat sheaf in her right hand. It was commissioned from Guillaume Coustou I for the Tuileries Garden in Paris, as a companion piece to Jean Raon's Winter (this is now on display next to it).
