When the fires burn low and old tales turn sour, the Heretic steps from the shadows to gather the wayward and the wicked. Once a mortal who defied the chains of Menoth’s law, he now walks at the head of the Grymkin, weaving curses and cruel miracles as he leads the Wicked Harvest. At his command come beasts and monsters drawn from nightmare and folklore. The snapping Gorehound and writhing Rattler prowl the battlefield, while the eerie Hollowmen and ragged Dread Rots advance beneath the glow of the Lantern Men. Lurking among them are darker figures still, the hungry Grave Ghoul and the relentless Isaiah, Dread Harvester, each seeking out those whose sins have marked them for punishment. Even mortals can find themselves caught in these grim tales.
