About this 3D model

A voronoi chess set which allows the placement of magnets in the base, additional space is added such that the magnet can be covered with a cap or some piece of cloth if preferred. The voronoi effect gives the pieces a unique look, which cannot be easily created by other making technologies. Because I think some people will prefer a solid base, I added those as well. The pieces are identical, only the base is different, in contrast to the hollow bases, these can be printed without support. I used ferrite magnets with a diameter of 20mm and a thickness of 3mm and 3D printed a small cap for the bottom to make the magnets invisible. Additionally I build and painted a wooden chessboard which allows the board to be magnetic or not, depending on the configuration.
