About this 3D model

TWINSTAR LIGHT III C-Line Shader (Maybe good for other Models too) I designed this lampshade for the Twinstar LED for my aquarium. When I'm sitting at my desk, I have a glare shield on the right-hand side. I made the same counterpart for the left side so that it looks the same on both sides. There is also no glare on the sofa or bed from the front. That was the motivation for this shader. As with other series, this shade is not available to buy. It is printed in PETG (recommended!), as the waste heat from the LEDs comes close to the PLA deformation limit at full load. I myself run the lamp on level 5 of 15 and it only gets hand-warm. The light is carried to the edge and doesn't affect the growth of the plants and still does not dazzle you. I used a click-one technique. The shaders are not just pushed on! The lower part is first attached to the lamp and then clicked into place at the top (last picture). To get the best result, I printed the four parts one after the other. This gave me the best shape. Max volumetric speed: 12mm³/s (Filament/Settings/Filament/Volumetric speed limitation) Plate: Smooth PEI Plate !!! The individual print profiles reflect the photographed results !!! If you do not own the 60 cm LED, but the smaller 45 cm or the larger 90 and 120 cm models, adjust the length of the middle pieces. I recommend staying under 20cm per piece!!! Over 20cm it will end up wavy! If you are using a non-Bambu printer, please use your skills and preferred print settings. If you print quickly, two or more pieces at a time, you will not be happy with your results. It's in your hands! Keep it simple!
