About this 3D model
This monument is in memory of Victory Charpentier, Comte d'Ennery, governor of the French colonies in America, who died in Saint Domingue in 1776. A medalion presents the deceased's portrait in profile. On the right are his widow and daughter; on the left, his sister, the Comtesse de Blot. The metal urn containing the count's heart was brought back to France, but is now lost; set on the stele, it was the focus of his daughter's attention.
