Project Description This project features a versatile and simplified differential gear system designed for essential mechanical operations such as load sharing, axis rotation, and torque balancing. It serves as an ideal foundational component for various engineering projects, providing a reliable way to distribute power between different outputs. To ensure maximum flexibility for your own designs, the package includes both STEP and 3MF files, allowing you to easily modify or integrate the geometry into your specific assemblies. For the physical realization of this model, I have personally tested and printed the components using PETG to ensure a balance of strength and heat resistance. Along with the design files, I have provided a comprehensive assembly video to guide you through the construction process step-by-step. Within the downloaded package, you will also find a detailed .txt file containing essential technical data, including recommended print settings, gear ratios, and durability expectations based on different filament types. As this is my first official design release and my debut video on the platform, I have put my best effort into making it as clear as possible.
