Introduction An upgraded design This capsule holder is the redesigned version of an older model I previously created. As my design skills improved over time, I decided to rebuild it from scratch to make it easier to print and more reliable for daily use. The main goal was to create a clean and practical object optimized for home 3D printers, while completely removing the need for supports. Printing Parts The model is composed of two separate pieces . Both parts are already oriented correctly and no supports are required . After printing, the two halves simply need to be joined together. Assembly Assembly is very intuitive and does not require a tutorial. Just align the parts and glue them together. I recommend using cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) , preferably with an activator spray. This greatly reduces bonding time and makes the holder immediately usable. Usage Capacity The holder is designed to store 5–6 Nespresso capsules . Insert the capsules from the top and they will automatically slide into position. First capsule insertion Be careful with the first capsule: if dropped too quickly, it may fall out from the bottom. It is recommended to gently guide the first capsule all the way down during the initial loading. Removing capsules To remove a capsule, simply rotate it slightly and pull it outward . This makes removal quick while still preventing accidental drops. Tolerances & Materials Filament variations Small tolerance differences may occur depending on filament type, printer calibration, and slicing profile. However, the functionality of the holder should not be affected. Feedback & Support Please contact me first This model is an upgrade of a previous design. Since I no longer use Nespresso capsules daily, some minor imperfections may have gone unnoticed. If you experience any issue, please contact me before leaving a negative review. I will gladly help and, if necessary, update the design. I’m also available to create variations (for example a slightly larger version that can hold one additional capsule).
