Snap-on LED sign Perfect for garage or workshop Assembled Dimensions: Width: 26.75 inches Height: 8.25 inches Depth: 1.25 inches Requirements: -4m white LED strip ( Aliexpress ) -12v 2a power supply (Aliexpress ) -5.5*2.1mm DC Male Cable Connector 2pin ( AliExpress ) -3 M3x16 screw (Optional, each letter could be glued with CA glue) -8 M3 Bolt (Optional, each letter could be glued with CA glue) Instructions: 1- Print all body STLs. For better result use ironing or set the top surface pattern to Hilbert Curve (add Height range modifier to the last layer only to save on print time) 2- Join all 3 body parts with screws 3- Install the DC Male cable connector 4- Solder the positive and negative wired to the LED strip terminal 5- Stick the led strip around each letter below the letter insert line 6- Print the letter insert STL You have 2 differents options here: 1.2mm or 0.8mm wall. Depending on your filament you might need ticker wall to get better result when the LED are on. A good test would be to print the “Dash” with both size wall and decide the better result. 7- I usually add some hot glue here and there on the LED strip to be sure it doesn't unstick from the surface. 8- Insert all the letter inserts **Aliexpress links are affiliated link**
