Model Specifications Dimensions : 200mm (H) x 120mm (W) x 100mm (D) Weight : ~115g Material & Color Recommendations : Main body : Black or White Marble is recommended for a architecture finish Sign : White is recommended for clarity and contrast. 3. Printing Parameters Layer Height : 0.20mm is recommended to ensure a smooth finish Infill Percentage : 15% for optimal balance of strength and material usage. Support/Adhesion : No support Plate : A smooth PEI Plate is ideal for this print 4. Assembly Instructions The main architecture is designed in 5 pieces connected via hex-shape pins, it can be printed without any support. While the pin connections are robust, adding glue between layers can enhance stability. Assembly Process : Step 1: Insert 4 pins into the base. Step 2: Assemble the sides and back parts. Step 3: Place 3 pins on the top of the side and back parts Step 4: Attach the pillar with its pin Step 5: Fit the top part into place Step 6: Insert the award sign into place Step 7: The LED base, originally from the Halloween Jack-O’-Lantern model, can be reused here. So you can save some printing time if you already printed this. Secure it by pushing and rotating counter-clockwise from the top. Additional Customization : Print and add figures like Prince Ida and Crowman at 50% size from Martin Moore . A bit of glue can secure them to the structure. Prince Ida Model Crowman Model For Ida model, it seems that the pegs to join them are missing. So I just use a little bit glue during the assembly. For this 50% size, glue is necessary anyway.
