About this 3D model

I'm excited to introduce my mini spool organizer. This solution allows you to easily organize and showcase your filaments with customizable labels that can be easily created using MakerLab's Make My Sign tool. Whether you're looking to impress friends, family, or customers, this compact and convenient system is the perfect way to keep track of or show off your filament collection. The mini spools feature a thread design to assemble them easily. The labels just slide in without glue as well. Available in two case sizes - one that can hold 20 spools and another that can hold 14 that can be printed on the A1 Mini. Magnets can be added to secure the case if desired. Case types: 20 spools case printable on the X1/P1/A1 14 spools case printable on the A1 Mini Both cases feature versions supporting 5x1 mm, 5x2 mm and 5x3 mm magnets. its perfect if you are on the move and want something more secure. You do not need to fill all the magnet holes. I added extra holes for different magnet strengths Both cases can be printed with a version without magnet slots that can store the spools perfectly at home or in your workshop. Instructions: I have uploaded print profiles for every single type of box. What to print? Box Spool (Amount depends on your needs) 2 spool covers ( for each spool) Spool Label (Amount depends on your needs) Box Label (X1) use one label or 2 based on your needs. Labels printed with a 0.2 nozzle can print text small enough to fit the brand, material and color of the spool on a single label. Labels printed with a 0.4 nozzle can only fit Brand/Material or Material/Color on a single label. I included a spool cover without a label slot incase you are using the 0.2 nozzle and would only need 1 label per spool. If you are using a 0.4 nozzle i suggest using spool covers with labels on both sides Labels: Spool label: Height: 14 mm Width: 47 mm Base Plate: 1mm Corner radius: 2 mm No border Box label: Everything is the same besides the height of the label Height: 19,6 mm An added benefit of using Make My Sign is that the tolerances can be changed easily by you if the label does not fit. maybe your filament or printer is not calibrated correctly. But no worries. If the label is too tight for example then just decrease the height by 0.1 mm and try again. or the thickness can be adjusted by 0.1 mm. They can be printed without the AMS with just a pause print. I suggest you print multiple labels at the same time I added label examples in the raw files.
