About this 3D model

This is a vise mount for the OpenScan so that it can forcefully grip relatively flat but heavy things (in the photos, I show it gripping a metal Singer 503 front face plate). I used the following hardware: External Hex Head M3x30mm Thumbscrew M3x30mm (2 of) 5.5x5.5 mm square M3 nut Captive Thumbnut I printed this with the tops of the jaws set on the bed and using support. When using it, I found any grip friction problems can be solved by sticking a small snake of mounting putty between each of the jaws and the thing you're trying to grip.
