About this 3D model
----- Updated new 0.16 Printing Profiles ----- - 4 walls for the print, makes the box a bit stronger. - Removed the Brim, this is not needed when printing on the Supertack Cool Plate. - 5 top shell layers and 5 Bottom Shell layers. - Top shell & Bottom Shell thickness both on 1 mm. - Slower first layer for better adhesion and to prevent printing errors. - Placed the lid on the same build plate as the box, so it can all be printed on 1 plate and in 1 go. - Made a new printing profile for AMS/Dual Color printing. Description: A remix from the small CO2 12g cartridge container which has be suited for my needs. Since recently, I have bought a airsoft GBB (toy)-pistol that is able to use CO2 12g Cartridges. I did not like the idea of having the cartridges ‘unprotected’ in my airsoftbag(s), so I checked the interwebz for a nice design which protects the CO2 cartridges while in my bag and traveling. I found the original model, but found it a bit lacking. At first, I didn't like the ‘clean’ lid, so I edited the lid in Tinkercad with a image and text so you can see on the box what's inside of it. If you do like the clean lid, it is also available in de 3FM-file/RAW-files. I also saw that the bottom was quite thick and had some small overhangs, so I have made this more ‘flat’ for better adhesion and less use of filament. This reduced filament usage is about 25% on the box part and because of this, it also prints a little bit faster now. I also did the following: - I used a 0.16 settings standard Bambu Lab print settings and edited this. - The first layer was slowed down for beter adhesion. - I was able to print the box without using supports on the box, but results can differ on other printers/different filament. If there are more suggestions for better settings, please upload them!
