Ares Main Battle Tank for the Scions The mainstay of any armoured column, the Ares started life as a rapid response vehicle originally developed in the Chiron Gulf, it's designers making use of the easy access to Olympia's advanced forges to tread at the cutting edge. It's early sucesses saw the design simplified and its range of weapons broadened to take advantage of far flung Sacristine and Ophus; for laser, shell and energeon beam were all welcomed in the wars against the Children of Hades-Resurgent The Ares is a multi-part tank, with options for tracked modules and untracked (should you wish to add your own flavour of track) It comes with four turret options: - Olympia pattern Energyeon Cascade - Sacristine pattern Las-Shredder - Ophus pattern Heavy Cannons - Cyrion pattern Auto-Cannon and Saturation Launcher On top of these main weapons, the Ares can be equppied with a number of sponson systems - Heavy Las-lances - Heavy Machine Guns - Energyeon Rakers - Sprite Pattern Reconnaissance Drone Bays (with a choice of two multipart drones, as well as the option for the drone to be represented in its housing)
