The lines are multiples of .4 mm and will look best with a nozzle of that size. The symbol and outline are separate bodies that can be coloured in if you're using something like the AMS. Alternatively you can easily change colour by adding a pause after the top layer of the charm, just before the symbol is printed and switch to a different colour by hand.
