About this 3D model

Changed the holes to work with M3 and made the Tubus work with M3 Threaded Insert (M3x5mmx4mm). the ring is now open to deal with covers on some watermeters. The ESP housing is change a bit to better fit a ESP32-Cam with MB Supports not needed Thanks to TravisWilder
