About this 3D model
Updates: I designed a full keycap set around this XDA profile (1U, 1.5U, … 6.5U): https://makerworld.com/en/models/227441 If you are having issues with the stem being too thick, a print profile for a thinner stem has been uploaded. A simple XDA-style keycap. The top surface is not curved like some XDA caps because printing the curved surface would create ridges. No supports and no brim needed. Print with the + facing down, and make sure to print with the smallest layer height (0.08mm) and enable ironing for the topmost surface for a smooth finish. You can use the provided STL file if you wish to include letters or symbols on the keycaps. If using Fusion 360: Convert the mesh to a solid Scale the object down with a scale factor of 0.1 Create a new sketch on the top surface and add text. Align the text to your liking and extrude the text sketch by no more than ~1mm (check the underside after extruding to make sure it did not create a gap through to the bottom from extruding too deep). Please note that this model was designed with a 0.4mm nozzle. It has not been tested for 0.2mm, although theoretically it could result in a higher quality print. Stem fitment at 0.2mm may vary.
