This simple adapter holds the remote for a harbor breeze fan as I am constantly losing it throughout the room. It is attached to any standard lightswitch cover with two screws I had laying around (M3 and M4 screws should be fine). Increasing the wall loops will allow the holes to be drilled for any size screw, with a nut behind the switch cover. This still allows for use of the two switches, but is a very snug fit. Works with standard Harbor Breeze fan controller as shown in the image, should be obvious if it is the right one.
