About this 3D model

spinning heart can be printed in place without supports, after printing Slowly move the heart back and forth until it spins freely then press the sides as shown in the picture then the heart can be removed to sand the ends so it spins faster. iv added a file for the heart only so it could be printed in a different colour but supports would be needed for the rod
