The height of this pot is about 10 cm. You need flexible filament for this. Print walls and center part with flexible material. Print support part with PLA or ABS. Use some petroleum jelly (vaseline) on the sufaces of mold. Assemble the mold and fix it with clips. Mix concreate and water, then pour into the mold. Tap the mold gently to remove air bubbles. Cure concrete 1~2 days and remove the mold.
