About this 3D model

Introduction: I really like my A1 but we're not going to lie, the lighting system is close to useless. ? So I created a box that contains a module consisting of a light sensor (photoresistor) and a relay. This box is made up of 2 channels, the first for routing the wiring through the X-axis sleeve, the other for routing the photoresistor as close as possible to the A1's original lighting. The model has been designed to satisfy all skill levels, from experienced makers to beginners, with installation requiring very little equipment or knowledge. In simple terms, when the A1's LED is activated, the photoresistor is illuminated and the relay changes state. This makes it very easy to control remote lighting from the A1's touch screen. Material: XH-M13 module Socket splitter Power supply (or any other that fits your needs) Any led bar/strip For wiring there is various solutions, I expose 3 of them: using the A1's AMS port (24Vdc), this is the cleanest way of wiring the system but perhaps the most difficult for beginners. using a little power supply for the XH-M13 and another with the led bar (the one sold with the bar for exemple) using a more powerfull power supply to give power to both the XH-M13 and the led bar (my choice) Wiring with the same power supply for both XH-M131 and the led bar Assembly: Print the plate, I printed mine in white Bambu PLA Assemble the box + clip + axe Route your wires to the box Route the photoresistor to the A1 led Switch on Adjust the level of light output by turning the potentiometer slowly. My tuning tip: Leave the A1 light off, turn the potentiometer clockwise, turn the light on then turn it anticlockwise until the relay clicks. LED strip: I just share how I've made my light system, you're free to make your own. I recommend the A1 LED Bar V2 by DerTobi01 with my remix of bar, I've adde more room and a diffuser. Its design is really well conceived, it doesn't interfere with the extruder and is very easy to install.
