Use whatever filaments you prefer. If printing the cover/frame in TPU be sure to use extra walls and a higher infil (30%+) The screen filter has 2 models: One is pre-holed and the other can be manipulated in your slicing software. I used Prusaslicer, added a part modifier, set the top and bottom layers to none, and se the infil to hex/honeycomb and made it appropriately dense.
