About this 3D model

A class of Venetian 3rd rates. These vessels were, notoriously, built to partial completion early in the 18th century and left in their covered drydocks to be completed when needed by the Republic. Unfortunately, being old designs, they were out-of-date and underarmed. Several were captured by the French when they seized Venice and went on to serve in the French Navy during the Revolutionary and Napoleonic period.
