This Jangbogo (KSS-III) Class submarine scale model has been developed by Titans Product Design to represent South Korea’s most advanced domestically designed submarine class. The model focuses on accurate proportions, a clean modern silhouette, and restrained surface detailing appropriate for serious collectors, modellers, and educational display use. The design captures the defining characteristics of the KSS-III class, including its large hull form, contemporary sail geometry, and balanced casing profile. About the Real Jangbogo (KSS-III) Class:The Jangbogo III-class submarine, also known as the KSS-III programme, represents a major advancement in the Republic of Korea Navy’s submarine capability. Entering service in the late 2010s, the class marks South Korea’s transition to large, highly capable, domestically designed submarines. Notably, the KSS-III class is the first South Korean submarine design to incorporate vertical launch systems, enabling the deployment of indigenous submarine-launched ballistic and cruise missiles. Combined with advanced sensors, modern combat systems, and extended endurance, the class plays a central role in regional deterrence and maritime security.
