This friction-fit strut-channel end cap is designed specifically to fit Newhouse Electric® 1-5/8 in. 12 gauge metal strut channel with slotted back, such as Amazon ASIN B0B7985S26. It's designed to be more forgiving of Unistrut® clones that aren't as precisely manufactured as genuine Atkore™ Unistrut®. To install, tap into place with a rubber mallet. Caps may not remain in place if removed and re-installed, as they're designed with self-sacrificing ribs to obtain a firm fit without needing precision. I printed these with Bambu Tough PLA. If you choose to use PETG, you may need to add brims to prevent warping. The provided plate prints two copies of the end cap.
