About this 3D model

What better tool and math manipulative item to make than the abacus? Kids will learn basic arithmetic and older kids could learn a new way to doing arithmetic. I have never actually been able to own a 3D printer yet, only been using shapeways so I have no idea what the clearance amount for the pieces would be, hopefully it will work all fit properly.
