About this 3D model
This is a re-upload from my Thingiverse page now that I'm locked out of it. Originally published January 24, 2016 to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1289960 Summary So when my Prusa kit's crappy hot end went, I finally upgraded to an E3D Lite6. Little did I know that even though the bracket my kit used to hold it all together was nonstandard, it looked almost like a regular groove mount. I made my mount for my printer; hopefully, it's enough basis for others to mount an E3D on their cheap and sketchy Prusa kits! Print Settings Printer brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: I used .3, for time's sake Infill: Needs to be sturdy, so don't be stingy! Notes: The tolerances are a bit tight on the groove mount; you might need to play with the SketchUp file if your printer isn't dimensionally accurate.
