About this 3D model

With this adapter you can equip a MagLite 2D with1x18650 Lithium battery instead of 2xLR20. You maybe need to change the bulb, as the voltage will be slightly higher. My originally LED model is working fine with up to 4,2V. Optionally you can add an BMS/USB-C charger BOM: M3 screws, nuts and washers for battery connection points 4xM2 screws to mount the end-cap spring, i used one out of a old hole puncher, see photos for dimensions a few cm wire optional: USB-C Charger (affliate link) optional: 2 cable lugs, you could also solder the wires directly
