Stackable frame for spool storage. I found some 19mm rods that were going to be thrown out, you can easily change the diameter to fit whatever rod you have with just a negative cylinder. I've stacked this design up to 3 levels without any problems, I assume you can go higher. Caster bases are a work in progress but will be up shortly as are horizontal sleeves to cover where the pieces stack.
