The Z-Top connects at the base of the z-axis and replaces the lid of the stock electronics board enclosure, using the same mechanism for attachment. This is a remix of Prusa MINI Z-Top | Electronics Box Lid and a remix of Prusa MINI | Electronics Box Lid . Why? 1st model: I liked the idea of more place/air in the electronics box enclosure and the hexagon pattern at the top. But I disliked the holes at the top (in the lid) as it surely will let more dust onto the Buddy board. 2nd model: I liked the idea of holes at the sides, but the lid was missing a lip. Also, the lid was 100% solid. So, a remix was born: Holes moved from the lid to the sides of the base The holes in the lid were filled in so no dust could come in from the top, yet still remain the hexagon pattern How?
