Simply apply your preferred lubricant to the threads first, then slide this applicator along the lead screw to spread it evenly. Think of it as a spatula: it helps push the lube deeper into the threads while wiping away excess to prevent messy buildup. Some users have printed it in TPU, which provides a flexible, conforming fit that enhances this effect. I personally printed mine in PLA and found it works well — so it's really up to your preference and what filament you have available. ?
