Description: The chamber fan is loud and I tested this muffler. It has a small size and it reduces the noise about of 8.8db. It's a small value, but it makes for me the difference considering the compact size of the muffler. As you see the pics , I used Bambu Lab Silver ABS , in my opinion it the color that it's similar to the side and back panels of the X1C. You can use PLA if you want. If you print with ABS , apply liquid glue and increase the bed temperature at 95°C for the first layer and the rest of the print to avoid warping. I used the high quality profile and pics speak by themselves. How to apply and what do you need? ADHESIVE CORK SHEET I made a research and it results that 3mm cork adhesive cork sheet is the easiest way to absorb heat , vibrations and noises. It's a very great material. I bough the cork sheet on Amazon. You can even use other kind of material , but I don't know how many db you will have MAGNETS 2 magnets on the back , both sides : 60mm x 10mm x 3mm, are very strong. CARBON PELLETS Since I print more filaments that they produces fumes, like ABS or ASA, I designed a box where I put in a sock a couple of carbon pellet, so I can reduce the fumes and have more fresh air in my room without needing to open the window. ADVICE: To cut the side just take a pencil and one A4 sheet to make the form. Otherwise you find in the file the form that you need to print and for me this method its was easier. The middle section is 10.6cm x 8.1mm.
