Simple carry along pill organizer with a weather resistant TPU seal built into the lid. Pocketable and strong. Stays closed and can take vigorous shaking. Fits into luggage and backpacks easily. Similar size to common battery packs. All cavities have a scooped bottom for easier removal of pills by finger. Tested by running under a running bathtub faucet. Do NOT submerge. This should only be considered for splashes of water/rain and dirt. Printing Printing is fairly straight forward: The inner sleeve/organizer part is printed on it's side due to the oval shape and text. No supports are necessary for the interior but there is some bridging that slower print speeds may help with. All outer sleeve are a very easy print without any special consideration The TPU seal needs to be print with the wide top against the plate with a small amount of supports for the outer bridging. There will be stringing due to the nature of TPU. But those areas can either be cleaned up with a hair dryer or ignored since they will covered during assembly. The lid prints with the flat top against the plate. Assembly 1. Clean supports from parts 2. Slide TPU seal over lid 3. Snap Lid over inner sleeve (Glue adds strength) 4. Insert Inner Sleeve into Outer Sleeve
