Made these spool hubs for mounting on a 12mm rod / axle The Makerbot hub is 52,5mm and the other is 38mm I have pre scaled them to be printed in ABS I printed at 15% infill 2 shells 0.20 or 0.30 mm And yes it is a very snugg fit If you want to print in pla maybe you need to scale them down. .......................................................... Have now made a v2 with conical shape (hub_makerbot_scaled_v2.STL) (hub_china_scaled_v2.STL) Cone angle is 2,86 degrees Also added more ribs (8) fore more contact surface This hub fits like a glove :D
