I recently switched to eSun filament and discovered that eSun cardboard spools, with a clip on plastic adapter, don't fit in a Bambu AMS unit with the lid closed. The diameter of the centre hole on an eSun spool is 54.3mm rather than a more standard 55mm. I created this adapter so that it can be used with centre hole sizes from 42mm upwards and for spools of varying widths. I've included step files for collars to fit 55mm and eSun spools as well as spacers for use with mini spools. Not all printers are dimensionally accurate, so if the collars provided don't fit, you can modify the step files to suit. The key advantage here is that the same adapter can be used for different spool sizes. If you come across a different sized spool then only the collars will need reprinting not the whole thing. The outer diameter of the adapter is 201mm. The collars are filleted on one end to make insertion into the spool easier.
