About this 3D model
Toys R Us Rollplay 6V Owl Mini Quad look like this: https://www.toysrus.ca/s/toys-ca/en/Rollplay-6V-Racer-Mini-Quad--Red/14A51E32.html The steering column behind the bumper is a rod that is held by a plastic arm that can't handle the moment forces when the vehicle is steered, at least it didn't for my kids. After a short amount of use by my 1.5yr old, this plastic cracked and snapped. I decided to CAD and print a reinforcement that can provide the necessary rigidity for the quad to be able to steer for a lot longer than what the original design supports. I tested it my quad and it works well. Note that this design requires some M3 nuts and bolts. The lid component isn't really needed, but I feel it looks nice. I've included the Fusion360 project file in case anyone wants to take this in another direction.
