To be attached with cable ties and to fit either side of the stem. 31.8mm curvature of the meshing surface with the handle bar to fit all modern bicycle handlebars. Fits a 6mm wide 5v neon strip Routing along the bottom to hide the cable underneath the neon tubing and feed out through the middle
