About this 3D model

Hey there, I wanted to create a cheap door-stopper that protects the door from bump-marks. Most of the commonly used door stops use a way too hard rubber-part which can damage the door after a while. This model uses a mostly hollow and moderately squishy bumper part which results in a longer travel distance to stop the door. Additionally the bottom part is hollow and has a hole on one side, so you can fill it with sand to make it heavier. The Bumper has a little bulge to seal the hole, prevent the sand from escaping and the bumper from rotating. You can use this funnel to fill it with sand, it fits perfectly for this stopper: https://makerworld.com/en/models/16561#profileId-19502 Materials: PLA I printed the shell in PLA because there is no need for higher strength, but if you want to print it in another material, make sure to use support inside of the bottom part, otherwise your print will fail. TPU The bumper is printed in TPU and the seams are set to “nearest” to prevent annoying stringing and to have a clean seal-bulge on the inside. Maybe you should use glue-stick to prevent it from sticking too good to your build plate. I used black TPU but i would recommend to use a brighter material for everything, to make it easier for your sweeping robot to see it and navigate around it, if nessessary.
