This fits onto the Ender 3 v3 SE z-axis gantry to collect scraps, the cleaning line & any other offcuts from your printer. If you use a plastic razer you can push the waste straight into the bin. It clears the bed by a few mm height-wise, but also goes under the bed so you can't miss the bin.
