About this 3D model
Summary This is a left and right set of cable/wire supports for a 3D printer. I recently added a Creality Sonic Pad to the top of an Ender 3 S1 Pro. ( I used the very nice mounts at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5553914 ). This means that there are some cables at the top of the printer that come down behind the printer. There is a chance that the cables could get caught in the z-axis lead screw mechanisms or get tangled in the moving build plate cable. So, the cable supports are designed to be mounted on each side of the top rail, facing toward the back, using M5 T-nuts and M5x10 screws. Then the wires/cables can be dressed back and down these supports to keep the wires/cables away from any interference ( about 4 inches behind the top rail). The wires/cables are secured to the supports using twist-ties or cable ties. These supports should fit most printers with a 20x20 or 20x40 aluminum top rail. Note: On an Ender S1 Pro the T-Nuts should be attached to the support, as shown in the pictures. (This is upside down from typical use, but the channel is shallow so this works better.) The T-nuts I use are: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B079FNZN71/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20% Filament: Hatchbox PLA Black
