About this 3D model

Replaces the CD drive and card reader and holds two 3.25-inch hard drives, but only the 19mm thick ones because, well that's what I needed the file for, and I didn't have enough room to work with 25mm ones anyway. But yeah, this is made for the 19mm tall drive, with or without the sleds, although I did have to snip a bit off the top of the sleds so they would fit height-wise. As you may have already guessed, this is mainly so that these old workstations can be reused as storage servers. Came with an old Nvidia Quadro, ECC memory (DDR3), and a Xeon, plus if you buy a few SATA power adapters off Amazon you can cram 6 drives in this thing. I got mine from an architect's office who was upgrading their CAD machines so it's essentially perfect for a cheap NAS and Plex server.
