About this 3D model
This thing is remixed from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34829 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:65081 . The parameters are tuned for my Makerbot Replicator 2, the main trick here to use is an 0.15mm kerf on each contact side. Will fit accurately by each other if printed by your Replicator 2. ^_^ Standard servo horns will not fit things tightly in the original design, so here I add the 'servo holder'(for base) and 'servo holder1' (for arm). **Lasercut wood base file** Use the svg for editing in Inkscape, pdf for cutting. There are 2 group of holes on the board, but only 2 of them will used for you Arduino board, you can use either way you like to put Arduino the direction you want. **Servo pins for plug** You may need a homemade shield to provide the plug for servos or some different arduino like Iteaduino which already provide the servo plug on each pin. **Firmware** https://github.com/intijk/armrobot **Software** https://github.com/intijk/MicRobot Update 02/08/2014 * Added laser cutting base files. **.svg** for inkscape editing, **.pdf** for cutting. Update 02/02/2014 * A bigger hole on 'servo holder' * One standoff missed, now added https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DrMLM_CJLlA&feature=youtu.be
