Summary: Betsy Ross 1776 themed magnet with no MMU/AMS needed for multiple colors, simply pause on layers to change filament. Magnet diameter measures either 2" or 3" (51mm or 76mm) Print settings: PLA, 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layers, 2 walls, 10% gyroid infill, classic wall, detect thin walls turned on, optional ironing. I also prefer a smooth build plate for magnets. *A 0.2 nozzle for the 2" diameter version would produce sharper results. Magnets: Designed for three 6x3 magnets. My magnets actual measurement was 6.0mmx2.5mm so the magnet hole is 6.3x3.0. I paused on the top magnet cavity layer and super glued the magnets in before resuming the print. Filament changes: Color order for filament changes: black, white or white, black - or whatever you want. If you stick with 0.2 layer heights: Layer 18 insert magnets Layer 23 change filament *Be sure to double check your slicer for layer pauses
