If you have a 0.2mm nozzle, I'd recommend using a smaller font if you want to fit more text on the label. MATERIAL CHOICE When choosing the material to print in, consider the environment your spool may be in. If you dry your materials, try to choose a filament that won't soften when your spool is in a dehydrator/heater. PLA is fine for PLA spools, and may be ok for PETG (not tested) PETG and ABS are better for higher temp filaments. REMOVAL Its the same process if you want to remove the label holder for whatever reason, you can pop it off using a scraper. Wedge the blade underneath the holder and lift. If the pins break off, you can just push them through the holes in the spool using a small tool (e.g. hex key) and remove the debris.
