About this 3D model
The original washer is too low and loose + head screw housing in the chain cable is to large. So the cable chain is not firmly in piece one the toolhead, and it wobble when printing. This simple mod fix this issue, also helped me improving shaper's resonances graphs. Tolerances are very tiny so you may adjust “holes compensation” parameter in your slicer to achieve perfect fitting. Tips: I printed using a 0.4 nozzle and 0.1 layer height but 0.2 nozzle is recommended. Print in Nylon to take advantage of his lube property (I used Fiberlogy PA12) Do not print the pieces together or the seam artifacts will be an issue
