Fits inside Garage Door Torsion Springs End Bracket which keeps the torsion shaft from rubbing the End Bracket. The scale will be right if the center hole is One inch, which is the standard size of the torsion shaft. If the scale is not correct, you might have to increase or decrease scale by 25.4 Not sure why this happens when converting Sketchup files to STL . If you know, then let me know.. Caution: You better know what you're doing when you fool around with Torsion Springs, or your Friends will be calling you "Stumpy" !!:
