My version of YRUDS bowden extruder for RichRap's 3DR delta BOM: Mount: - 2x M4 10mm screew - 2x M4 hammer nut - 2x M4 washer (optional, I did not use them) Idler: - 1x 626 bearing (19x6x6mm) - 1x M6 25mm screew - 2x M6 washer - 1x M6 nut Spring mount: - spring ID 4mm - 1x M4 screew (I used 44mm long, you should use good one for your spring) - 2x M4 washer (to secure ends of spring) - 1x M4 washer - 1x M4 nut Stepper mount: - 3x M3 x 13mm screews - 3x M3 washers Hobbed bolt: - hobbed bolt for YRUDS http://mojreprap.pl/index.php?route=product/product&path=42&product_id=165 - 2x 686 bearing (13x6x5mm) - some M6 washers to align bolt and gear (I used 4 small and 1 big) Big gear: - my version: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:213808 - 1x M3 nut - 1x M3 screew, I used M3 x 8mm socket headless screew Small gear: - 15 tooth HTD 3M - 1x M3 screew, I used M3 x 5mm socket headless screew Belt: - 195mm (65 tooth) HTD 3M 5mm wide http://shop.polybelt.com/195-3M-05-Rubber-Timing-Belt-65-Tooth-B195-3M-05BNG.htm Pipe connector: - for OD 6mm ID 4mm pipe (I have connectors with 13mm OD thread)
