Historic Landmark of the City Darmstadt, “Hochzeitsturm” engl. "Wedding Tower" designed by Viennese architect Josef Maria Olbrich in 1905 on the occasion of the wedding between Grand Duke Ernst Ludwig and Princess Eleonore zu Solms-Hohensolms-Lich. It is categorized as “Jugendstil” or “Art nouveau”.
